• The roof was completely cleaned and polished and has 5 coats of Sherwin/Williams "Cool Seal" applied. "Cool Seal" greatly reduces the amount of heat gain created by direct sun light to the roof, this in turn significantly reduces the impact on the A/C systems.
• This unit has a full complement of "Zip Dee" awnings over all the windows.

• This unit also has an observation deck with a folding safety railing on the roof, great for watching the race from the infield.

INTERIOR

• The interior of this unit has been completely renovated from front to back. All wood trim and wood features have been stripped and refinished.
• Mirrored glass is prevalent throughout the entire coach running along the ceilings and both sides from front to back including the entire bathroom (Approximately 265 square feet in all).
• The ceiling soffits are incrementally stepped and continuously lit by rope lighting. 45 Recessed Halogen lamps within the soffits cast a perfect light throughout the coach.
• Imported sconces provide additional lighting in the salon and bedroom.
• The Captain’s and Co-Pilots seats have been re-upholstered in black "Ultra-Leather". Passenger seat is fully powered with electric footrest.
• The salon features a new reclining black leather sofa along with new matching recliners.
• 4 Custom "Northern Cherry" tables were built in all, one on each end of the sofa, one for the cock pit and one for the kitchen table.
• Granite Flooring: Imported Brazilian "Black Galaxy" granite was used extensively throughout this unit. The only locations with carpet are the driver’s cockpit and the bedroom.
• Granite Kitchen Counter and Bar Tops: The kitchen counter top is Imported Brazilian "Nero Orion" granite with a new "Eclipse" Sausalito stainless steel double under-mount sink. The bar top is Imported Brazilian "Black Galaxy" granite.
